Stack panel of custome controls

i have a simple form with a stack panel docked to full screen size.

On my stack panel I have 18 customer controls (square in size)

Is it possible to resize the square so they will my form a run time and resize the font label on my control again at run time depending on the size of my window which will be the size of my screen
